Ernes Hajdari
I am an architect, interior designer, and BIM specialist with a decade of experience across residential architecture, interior design, construction documentation, and project delivery.
As the founder of PA | Partnership Architecture, I support architecture firms, interior design studios, developers, and real estate teams, primarily on projects throughout the United States. My work spans design development, permit and construction drawings, BIM and Revit production, interior and millwork documentation, visualization, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Alongside leading my studio, I serve as Design Lead at Spaxel, guiding architectural and interior design development across residential projects while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders. My role also extends to BIM management, where I develop and implement workflows that improve coordination, accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all project phases.
I remain closely involved in the work: reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues, coordinating consultants, and helping teams translate design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable documentation.
My approach combines architectural design judgment with BIM expertise and practical knowledge of construction and permitting. I value thoughtful design, clear communication, accountability, and documentation that holds up from concept through construction.
I am open to connecting with architecture and interior design firms, developers, and other professionals looking for reliable support on residential projects throughout the United States.
